Consequences of Rule Violations:
When you break one of these rules, you will be penalized. The penalties begin at warnings, escalate to temporary suspensions of varying durations, and can ultimately result in the termination of your streaming account. If you repeatedly commit violations, the penalties will escalate accordingly. A single “severe” violation can result in account termination. Please read these rules carefully before broadcasting.
Rules:
Being Sexually Explicit in “Free Chat” Show
Penetration, masturbation or excessive sexual stimulation is prohibited in shows where viewers can enter and watch for free.
Showing Genitals/Anus in “Free Chat” Show
Exposure of genitals or anus is not allowed in shows where viewers can enter and watch for free. Transparent or sheer bottoms are not allowed.
Hiding Face While Broadcasting
The broadcast must show the performer’s face for a minimum of two minutes so that the person’s identity can be established. It’s best done at the beginning of broadcast so that you don’t have to worry about it when in the middle of performing for members.
Neglecting Customers
Unprovoked abuse or rudeness towards members is not allowed. You must be nude in “Nude Show”. While in a paid chat mode, ignoring customers, refusing to perform, and stalling for time are not allowed. Treat your customers well and they will reciprocate!
Broadcasting with Animals
Animals are prohibited from appearing in broadcasts.
Portraying an Underage Persona
Attempting to appear underage by wearing child themed apparel, using hairstyles (example pig tails), makeup or using props such as toys and child themed room decorations is not allowed. If a member is requesting for this roleplay, please professionally and politely steer the conversation away from this area (for example, “I can call you ‘daddy’, but I cannot pretend to be your 8-year old daughter.”) If the member persists, please block the member and report to us for review.
Using Inappropriate Imagery and On-Screen Displays
While broadcasting, the stream can not include any imagery of any person(s) other than the approved broadcaster. Also, on-screen displays including watermarks that advertise other websites or software programs such as webcam splitting software are not permitted.
On screen or scrolling text is allowed as long as it does not contain any of the following: off-site offers, personal contact info, social media info, website links.
Performing Urination and Defecation
Urination and defecation, actual or simulated, are prohibited.
Providing Personal Information, Contact Information or Advertising other Websites
Soliciting, accepting, exchanging personal information or advertising other websites is not allowed. Some examples of prohibited information: real names, phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, logos, messenger ID’s (example: Yahoo, Skype, SnapChat, WhatsApp, etc.), and social networking contact information (example: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TicTok, etc.)
Using Copyrighted Material
You may not use copyrighted material such as company logos, names or imagery in your broadcast.
Using Deceptive Practices
Tricking customers is not allowed. Some examples of deceptive practices are:
- Luring members into paid chat and not following through with your promises
- Charging higher prices that what you advertise
- Luring members to a Goal show and ending the show prematurely
- Offering promotions that are not approved by Cams to get more fan club or bounty members
Discussing Obscene Topics
Discussion of topics such as bestiality, incest, necrophilia, pedophilia or racism is not allowed.
Soliciting and/or Accepting Off-Site Gifts
You may not solicit members for gifts or accept gifts that are offered outside our website. Soliciting or accepting cash, services or items through external payment services (Western Union, Paypal, etc) or online retailers (Amazon, Ebay , Etsy, etc.) is not allowed.
Disparaging comments about Streamray and affiliated sites

Pre-Recorded Shows
The use of recordings, screen savers or static images in place of live broadcasts are not allowed. All broadcasts must be live.
Broadcasting without the Primary Model or with an Unapproved Model
The primary model assigned to the stream must be present during the broadcast and in all uploaded content. Guest models may appear during broadcasts with the primary model, but the primary model must always be visible. Remember to use the “guest” setting when starting your broadcast! Models who are not approved to broadcast on our site are not permitted to appear in any broadcast or uploaded content.
Please make sure that all individuals featured in your broadcast or uploaded content are registered and approved models on Streamray. Be cautious when streaming in public locations or areas where unregistered individuals may accidentally appear in your broadcast.
Showing Weapons and Acts of Violence
Display or use of weapons and acts of violence are not allowed. This includes blood play, Auto-Erotic Asphyxiation (AEA) and any form of mutilation, simulated or otherwise.
Underage Content
The following items are prohibited, and may result in permanent termination of your broadcasting account. If a viewer asks you to participate in this topic of show or discussion, please report them to us immediately.
No underage person may appear in any broadcast or content on our site. All performers must be of legal age and approved before appearing in any content on the platform. This includes images in the background of your broadcast, like family photos, or content displayed on your cell phone while broadcasting. Please be aware of your surroundings when broadcasting, and ensure no imagery of any minors will ever be on camera. No underage discussions are allowed. This includes discussions of simulated role play, fantasies, and real life experiences. No conversations with an underage person are allowed. If someone tells you they are underage, please block and report them to us immediately.
Engaging in Escorting or Prostitution
Any solicitations to meet in person and have sex with exchange of money is strictly forbidden.
Using Illegal Drugs
Any use of illegal drugs, simulated or otherwise, display of drug paraphernalia, or discussion of illegal drugs is prohibited. You should never broadcast while intoxicated.
Gaming the System or Committing Fraud
Colluding with members to cheat the payout or competition systems are not allowed. Money laundering is illegal and not allowed.
Performing Obscene Acts
Acts of bestiality, incest, sleep sex, or necrophilia is prohibited.
Absent from Broadcasting/Sleeping
Performer not present (5 or more minutes) or performer sleeping.
Our compliance team continuously records screen captures from all performers’ broadcasts to ensure they adhere to our chat guidelines and broadcast rules. It is at our sole discretion to determine whether or not a performer’s action violates these guidelines. Please review the different Chat Types to ensure you are not breaking any rules.
